Client Maintenance Plans provide regularly planned visits to check building services and identify potential problems before they cause trouble. Our maintenance plans can range from portable appliance and maintenance testing to emergency response, for which we can offer a 24hr call out.

Expert Service

ISNW are a National Inspection Council for Eilectrical Installation Contractors (NIC EIC) approved contractor, fully trained to analyse your building engineering services needs. We work with you to schedule your service calls when convenient.

Prefferred Treatment

The valued CMP increases the reliability of your installations but also ensures priority treatment should an unforseen emergency occur.

Records

ISNW will maintain records of all maintenance and repair work carried out and prepare a written report on completion of any work.

 

Commercial Plan 

ISNW service engineers will visit twice per year to carry out visual electrical safety checks and test fire alarm and emergency lighting systems. In addition the service engineer will carry out portable appliance tests.

ISNW vehicles are fully stocked which enables engineers to undertake minor remedial works or lamp changes at the time of their visit and ensure that your installation is kept looking and working as new.

We inspect:

Lighting, dimers, switches, sockets, fans, electrical heating equipment, residual current devices, appliance connections, water heaters, timers, main switchgear, pumps, fire alarms and emergency lighting systems.
